Order Not Delivered: If the customer does not receive their order due to courier issues or any other valid reason, we will issue a full refund or resend the product.
Damaged / Defective Product: If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
No Other Returns: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as dislike of product, change of mind, or size/colour issues unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
