





At Thribute Stores, we strive to make the shipping and delivery process as seamless and efficient as possible for both our buyers and sellers. Since Thribute is a multi-vendor marketplace, products are shipped directly by the respective sellers using our integrated network or their own delivery channels.
To provide wide reach and reliable shipping across India, Thribute is partnered with NimbusPost, a leading logistics aggregator. Through NimbusPost, sellers have access to multiple courier services (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, ExpressBees, and more) to select the most efficient delivery partner for your location.
In addition to our integrated NimbusPost shipping, vendors have the flexibility to manage their own deliveries. If a vendor prefers to use their local delivery team, regional courier services, or self-delivery methods for proximity orders, they are fully permitted to do so. In such cases, the seller is solely responsible for ensuring the product reaches you safely and on time.
Once an order is confirmed, sellers are required to pack and dispatch the products. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the seller and the nature of the product (e.g., custom or made-to-order items). Typically, orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of purchase.
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business daysafter dispatch, depending on the delivery address and destination. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier partners' operational challenges.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (courier name and tracking number) will be shared via email, SMS, or updated directly in your Thribute account dashboard. If the vendor uses local delivery, they will coordinate with you directly to provide status updates.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please raise a support ticket or contact our customer service team immediately. In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, if a shipment is lost or not delivered due to courier issues, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the shipping method chosen by the seller. Some promotional orders or vendors may offer free shipping, which will be highlighted at the time of purchase.
